Trauma affects the entire human organism—body, mind, and heart.
I can help you begin the path toward healing.

HELLO!

I’m Eleanor Brindle. I am a Crisis Intervention Counselor-Certified Specialist, CIC-CSp. Many lives have been impacted by distressing traumas and overwhelming crises. I am here to help equip you with tools, practices, and more to move forward in a healthy way. I am a certified EMDR clinician, and I am thrilled to offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Therefore, no matter where you are located in the world, I can assist you. Please take a look around this site, and I look forward to talking.

My background is in international humanitarian relief, and I have led projects on the ground in conflict zones spanning the Middle East, Africa, and Central and East Asia. My passion lies in creating and implementing projects that utilize trauma rehabilitation and community development, and I am a visionary, out-of-the-box, cross-cultural communicator.

I have a personal interest in trauma healing through the creative arts, such as art therapy and dance and movement therapy. I want to grow in my understanding of the psychology of trauma as it pertains to both societies and individuals. I actively seek to fuse my practical understanding of the modern refugee crisis with an intimate knowledge of complex global issues.

After witnessing humanitarian disasters in conflict zones across the world, I wanted to grow in my understanding of the psychology of trauma as it pertains to both societies and individuals. I have a Master's in Science in Psychology with a focus on Crisis Management and Response from a Trauma-Informed Perspective. This program has provided me with an evidence-based, comprehensive understanding of trauma, resiliency, and social change.

I consult as a Crisis Management and Response expert from a trauma-informed perspective. I lead workshops aimed at addressing issues resulting from trauma, crisis, or loss. I am an experienced, entrepreneurial, relief, and development professional both domestically and abroad. I have researched, created, and implemented cross-cultural therapeutic art and movement programs for refugees in Iraq, Turkey, and the United States. I have also researched and created workshops for communities that live in a trans-crisis state, such as Haiti.

I consult under the umbrella of Brindle Global Development, LLC which provides consulting solutions for global businesses, governments, & NGOs in the form of creative solutions for complex global problems. Brindle Global Development provides client-centered solutions -- from housing and infrastructure consulting, deciphering international trade logistics, delivering complex humanitarian aid in war-zones and nonprofit strategic advisory services.
